Economic Independence

By performing paid work, residents of our city can contribute to the prosperity and well-being of our society as a whole. This is good for society, but also for their own development. If they are not immediately able to do so, they must be supported and guided. This applies not only to people with disabilities, but to all people who are distanced from the labour market.
